Product description

All photos on this website are taken from what we have produced. We aim to make each batch as close to the picture as possible, however as our products are handmade and painted there will always be a variance in their design, i.e. colour, pattern etc. This said, we will only supply high quality products following a rigorous quality check. All products are made to order and therefore take a little time to manufacture. We currently have a turnaround time of approximately 10 working days, however this will increase during busy times. If there is a longer turnaround time, we will notify our customers accordingly. During extremely busy times, or when we are at capacity of orders, we will close the website.

We want our customers to receive their order in perfect condition. Therefore we take great care when packaging. Each bath bomb (and other delicate products) is shrink wrapped, sometimes double wrapped, then bubble wrapped before placing in the double walled box. Occasionally, but not always, we will use packing peanuts or air bags. Cross weave tape is used to add extra protection as the box goes through the postal service system. Please refer to our returns policy for further information should you receive broken or damaged items.

Postage

Currently we only post to the UK.

Payment can be made by debit / credit card via PayPal, you do not need to have a paypal account to be able to purchase via PayPal, it can be done via your credit/debit card. Clear Pay is also an additional payment option.  All payments are due at the point of ordering. If your payment fails your order will be cancelled.

No goods will be made or dispatched until payment has been made in full, and the funds have cleared.

Delivery

There is a standard delivery charge for our wholesale service. This is currently £12. We use a selection of courier services for all our parcels, mainly FedEx and TNT. We ensure that tracking is available and customers should receive this via an email shortly after payment. Please contact us if this is not the case.  Customers should receive their order within 2-3 working days from dispatch. If this is not case please contact wrightsbathproducts@yahoo.com so we can investigate further. 

If a parcel is lost in transit, we will raise a query with the courier. They will investigate further, and we will keep the customer updated with progress. This can take up to 14 working days. If the outcome is a lost parcel, we will refund the customer.

If a next day service is required, the customer is to pay the difference between our set rate and the actual postal cost.
