The current turnaround time is 10 working days.

All our bath products are handmade, by ourselves, using the highest quality ingredients sourced from reputable UK companies that do not test their products on animals and are all vegan friendly, apart from the balm which contains beeswax. All products are cosmetically assessed and certified by a Chartered Chemist to ensure the safest products are made, as per the legislative standards set by EU Regulation 1223/2009. Our products are also added to the UK Cosmetic Notification Portal, as required by law.

Please note that due to the products being hand made, colours may vary.

Our team is very small, therefore there may be occasions when we have to close our books. This is to ensure that we meet our delivery deadline and customer expectations. Customers will be informed if this should occur.

We are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, any orders placed to be delivered to Northern Ireland will be cancelled and refunded
