Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order please let us know within 14 days of receipt.

Please contact us at wrightsbathproducts@yahoo.com, stating your name, order number, contact number and reason for return. We will review and acknowledge receipt of this within 24 working hours and let you know our decision within 7 working days.  If goods are damaged we will need photos showing this.

If goods are to be returned following our outcome, they must be in their original packaging and returned to us within 5 working days of our decision. 

If a replacement is required this will be completed within 7 working days of receipt of returned goods.

Where a refund is required this will be made using the original payment method once the returned goods have been received and checked.

Please obtain and send a copy of proof of postage to us. However proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. We do not take responsibility for any lost or damaged return parcels.

Please note: the customer is responsible for the cost of the returned package. This will be refunded once checks have been made
